Edward J. DiMarcantonio, Chairman of the Board of NOVA Financial Holdings, Inc., and Director of NOVA Bank, is an Associate Broker of Main Line Commercial Realty. Mr. DiMarcantonio has managed leasing facilities for more than 2.0 million square feet of office space in Southeastern Pennsylvania.

Brian M. Hartline is our Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer, and serves on the Board of Directors. Mr. Hartline is a licensed certified public accountant in Pennsylvania and has served in various leadership roles in the financial industry over his career.

Formerly, Mr. Hartline was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Main Street Bancorp, Inc. located in Reading, PA. Experienced in Capital Markets, Merger and Acquisitions, Asset Liability Management, Human Resource Management and Benefits Administration, Strategic Planning and Financial Planning, Mr. Hartline has actively participated in 10 merger transactions worth over $500 million, and has actively participated in raising over $150 million of regulatory capital through four transactions.

A graduate of Millersville University, Mr. Hartline is very active in the community and with professional organizations. Mr. Hartline has been appointed to the Board of Trustees at Immaculata College and will begin his term in September of 2005. Mr. Hartline is also a director at mCom Solutions, a technology firm, as well as the Pennsylvania Bankers Association.
Wayne O. Leevy

Wayne Leevy, Director and Chairman of our Audit Committee, is the Vice Chairman of Mitchell & Titus, LLP, a public accounting firm. Mr. Leevy was a founding partner of Leevy, Redcross and Co., which merged with Mitchell & Titus in 1990. Mr. Leevy has served on the Board of Trustees for both the Albert Einstein Healthcare Network and the Albert Einstein Medical Center.
Dennis S. Marlo
Director, NOVA Financial Holdings, Inc.

Dennis S. Marlo, Director of NOVA Financial Holdings, Inc. and NOVA Bank, is currently Chairman of the Board of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh and a member of the Council of the Federal Home Loan Banks. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of EnerSys (ENS), a global leader in stored energy solutions for industrial applications headquartered in Reading, PA., where he is Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee.

Mr. Marlo served in various executive positions, such as Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Management Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and President of the Pennsylvania Retail Banking Division of Sovereign Bancorp, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Sovereign Bank from 1998 - 2008. Mr. Marlo had previously served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of ML Bancorp, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Main Line Bank, as well as Chief Financial Officer from 1989-1998. Prior to his association with ML Bancorp, Inc., Mr. Marlo was associated for 25 years with KPMG, LLP and predecessor firms, where he retired as a partner in the firm.
Renee Amoore

Renee Amoore, Director (NSB), is Founder and President of The Amoore Group, Inc., which includes Amoore Health Systems, Inc., 521 Management Group, Inc., and Ramsey Educational and Development Institute, Inc. These companies provide economic development and job creation opportunities, governmental liaison, marketing and public relations services and both corporate and educational training programs.

Ms. Amoore is a long time advocate of clinically appropriate and cost effective alternatives to more expensive care. She trained at Harlem Hospital School of Nursing, and earned a Bachelor's degree from Antioch College and a Masters degree from Antioch University. An energetic leader, Ms. Amoore has been active in many professional and community organizations, and currently participates as a guest host on a community service oriented talk radio show on WHAT-AM. Along with various elected positions, Ms. Amoore has received numerous regionally and nationally recognized awards.
Alan S. Fellheimer
Director, NOVA Bank


Alan S. Fellheimer is the Founder of Pennsylvania Business Bank and served as its Chairman from its inception until its acquisition by Nova Financial Holdings, Inc. He currently serves as a director on the boards of PBB and its sister bank, NOVA Bank. Mr. Fellheimer is a lawyer admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York and is the Managing Partner of Fellheimer & Eichen LLP a law firm specializing in business, banking and commercial litigation. He is also a director of Hill International, Inc., an international NYSE member company in the construction management and claims management businesses and a director of Gratz College, an accredited degree granting college in the Philadelphia suburbs. Mr. Fellheimer holds B.A. and J.D. degrees from Temple University, Philadelphia, PA and serves on its President's Advisory Board and is a Trustee of the Temple University Law Foundation and has taught banking and creditors rights law for years.
Thomas W. Martell

Thomas W. Martell, Director (NSB), formerly the Chief Executive Officer at Hub Fabricating Co., a manufacturer of telecommunication equipment, based in Reading, Pennsylvania, currently serves as an advisor and Board Member for several manufacturing companies.
William S. Stamps
Director, NOVA Bank


William S. Stamps, Director of NOVA Bank, is a CPA who has been active in the Pennsylvania business and charities communities for over 40 years. He is a graduate of Temple University with a B.S. Degree in Accounting and holds a CPA license in Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia. Since 1985, he has been active in the automobile leasing and sales industry and has also been active in the real estate business. He is a principal and co-founder of Fleetway Leasing Company and a number of Colonial Auto dealerships in the Philadelphia area. Mr. Stamps was a founder and member of the board and executive committee of United Valley Bank until its sale to Jefferson Bank and served as a director of PBB until its recent acquisition. Mr. Stamps is a director for the Abramson Center in Horsham, PA

Mr. Benson has over 30 years experience in the financial services industry. Of which, 15 of them were in compliance, most recently the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer for his own consulting firm, Benson Consulting, located in Virginia. The company's primary focus was on Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and AML Compliance for banks, and Money Service Businesses (MSBs). He has held other senior compliance positions with Burke & Herbert Bank & Trust Company and ETRADE Bank, where he served as the Deposit Compliance Manager and Risk Prevention Manager.

As a graduate of the University of Maryland, and American Bankers Association, National Compliance School at the University of Oklahoma, Mr. Benson's focus will be on risk management, internal controls, and compliance with policies, procedures and the various regulations governing the banking industry today.
David E. Dietrich

David E. Dietrich, Senior Vice President of Retail Banking and President of NOVA Financial Services, Inc., has served in numerous senior retail positions in the past 30 years. From small community savings banks to large national financial institutions, Mr. Dietrich has been a leader in the industry. An advocate of change and innovative thinking, he is responsible for the development and implementation of industry leading retail banking initiatives in the areas of sales, sales management, and retail investment programs.

A graduate of Kutztown University in Kutztown, PA, Mr. Dietrich attended the Consumer Banking Association Graduate School of Retail Bank Management at the University of Virginia, graduating in the top five of his class. He is also a graduate from the American Bankers Association's Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware.

Mr. Dietrich continues to share his wealth of knowledge as the Chairman of the Pennsylvannia Banking Association's (PBA) Deposit Advisory Committee, and as a member of the PBA Government Relations Policy Committee.
Jeffrey T. Hanuscin

Jeffrey T. Hanuscin, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has over 22 years of banking experience in accounting and financial reporting. Mr. Hanuscin held a number of senior management positions with Royal Bancshares of Pennsylvania including Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Hanuscin's responsibilities included but were not limitied to management of the company's investment portfolio, managing the asset and liability function, and overseeing all aspects of regulatory reporting requirements. In addition Mr. Hanuscin was a member of Royal Bank and Royal Asian Bank's senior management team responsible for overseeing all the financial activities of the corporation including preparation forecasts for future business growth and general economic growth. Mr. Hanuscin was Chief Financial Officer for Crusader Bank and also served as the Bank's Compliance Officer, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Officer and on the Board of Directors for three subsidiaries. Mr. Hanuscin is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics.
Thomas J. Patterson

Thomas J. Patterson, Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer, oversees the commercial lending group.

With over 25 years experience in the banking industry, Mr. Patterson has held various lending positions at First Cornerstone Bank, Patriot Bank and Commonwealth Bank. Mr. Patterson has experience in all areas of commercial lending and has developed leadership skills in the areas of financial sales and management, banking operations, credit analysis, and portfolio management. Mr. Patterson is committed to developing great client relationships and providing unparalleled customer service.

Mr. Patterson is a graduate of Saint Joseph's University with a BS in Management and Finance. Mr. Patterson has attended various lending schools and is a leader in his community.
J. Mark Poliski
Senior Vice President,
Chief Credit Officer


J. Mark Poliski, Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer has over 20 years of banking experience in commercial lending, as a Commercial Banking Officer, and Head of Credit Administration with formal credit training from CoreStates Bank. Mr. Poliski also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of Union National Community Bank in Lancaster, Pennsylvania overseeing all credit functions.

A graduate of West Chester University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, Mr. Poliski focuses on teamwork and has been successful in promoting how credit and sales can co-exist in a community bank while instilling a sound credit culture, which is vital today.

He has served on the Pennsylvania Banking Association's (PBA) Lending Advisory Committee and as a Board member of the South Central PA Chapter of Risk Management Association (RMA).
Anthony N. Renzo

Commercial Lender


Anthony N. Renzo is a Senior Vice President & Commercial Lender. Mr. Renzo has been associated with Pennsylvania Business Bank (PBB) since 2002 and joined NOVA's team in November 2008 as a result of NOVA's acquisition of PBB. Prior to joining PBB, Mr. Renzo worked for PNC Bank as a Divisional Credit Officer in Corporate Finance where he developed a credit function to support Treasury Management Products. From 1998 to 2000, he worked for Summit Bank, where he was in charge of the Southern Jersey Middle Market Credit Group. During his thirty-five plus year banking career, Mr. Renzo has held various commercial lending sales and credit positions with several institutions including the former Chemical Bank of New Jersey and PNC Bank. Mr. Renzo, a graduate of Villanova University, has served as an instructor with the American Institute of Banking.
Robert J. Smik

& Chief Operating Officer


Robert J. Smik is a Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. For the past 25 years, Mr. Smik has held various leadership roles in the financial services industry, and possesses extensive knowledge in the areas of leading edge financial system technologies, operations management, and banking compliance programs.

Formerly, Mr. Smik served as Chief Information Officer and Operations Manager for Main Street Bancorp in Reading, Pennsylvania, as well Chief Information Officer for Main Line Federal Savings and ML Bancorp, a $2.3 billion bank located in Villanova, Pennsylvania. With his various leadership positions, Mr. Smik has developed expertise in risk management, property management, strategic planning, disaster recovery planning, information systems and bank security.

Mr. Smik graduated from Temple University, and has served on the Albright College Technical Advisory Committee.
